At GOODaaa, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want your Family Power Hub to be the heart of your home’s connection. If it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the request must be submitted within this timeframe.

Condition of Items

Original Items: The product should be returned with all its original components. While we understand you may have opened the box to try it out, the Hub and its 9 charging cables should be present and intact.

Safety First (Critical): For your safety and to comply with shipping regulations, if you notice the battery casing is punctured, dented, or swollen, do not put it in the mail. Please take a photo and contact our support team immediately so we can arrange a safe resolution.

Return Shipping & Fees

Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged upon arrival or has a manufacturing defect, GOODaaa covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return label.

Personal Reasons (Change of Mind): If you are returning the item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Processing & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our designated warehouse (US, UK, or VN), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned after 30 days or in less-than-perfect condition, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
Important Safety & Logistics Note

Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address listed on the package. This is often a transit hub and not our returns center.

  • Email us at support.us@goodaaa.net to receive the correct regional return address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • As the Family Power Hub contains high-capacity lithium batteries, please ensure the package is marked according to local courier regulations for UN38.3 compliance.
